Rancang Bangun Aplikasi “Buruh Apps” Sebagai Penyedia Informasi Berbasis Mobile

The workforce, in this case human resources, remains the number one factor that determines the success or failure of the company. The existence of a trade union in a company is expected to be able to express and guide the wishes of workers, which leads to an increase in work productivity and ultimately prosperity. However, in this rapid technological development, the Labor Union, which in fact is needed to increase worker productivity and welfare, is not optimal because it still uses conventional systems or you could say it is not maximized the information technology that can be quickly and easily accessed anytime and anywhere. The main purpose of this research is to build an application "Buruh Apps" as a provider of mobile-based information that can make it easier for workers to get access to information on various things about labor or employment. The selection of the Mobile Application Development Lifecycle Model (MADLC) as a software development model is because this framework can determine the process of deploying mobile applications after the development stage is carried out. Some of the feature contributions generated in this research are viewing the news, viewing a list of labor laws, viewing a list of regional minimum wages and a calculator for calculating severance pay
